To insure each and every one of our products is of the highest possible quality, we use the best manufacturers in the USA to print our products by hand, one at a time.
After you place your order on our website, we will immediately send it out to be custom printed, one at a time, in the USA.
Once your order is printed, it is shipped directly to you, from our various domestic fulfillment locations.

Because the answer is YES! Every one of our products are designed by us. As the creators/ designers, Donnie and Linda Grant strive to design fun and unique products, collectibles and special gifts that you just won't find any place else. We love to create products that are useful, attractive and fun!
Are your products Mass Produced?
No! Our products are absolutely not mass produced!
Each of our products is made to order, one at a time, and then shipped directly to you.
All of our products are designed by us in Marblehead, Massachusetts.

Where are your products made?
ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROUDLY DESIGNED AND INDIVIDUALLY PRINTED IN THE USA, AND SHIPPED FROM THE USA.
While all of our products are designed in Marblehead and individually printed in the USA using the finest equipment and materials, some of our base (blank) products are globally sourced. For example, some of our exclusive mug designs are printed in the USA using the highest quality imported ceramic mugs. All are printed in the USA and shipped from the USA, directly from the printing facility to you!

Look out for “knock-offs” and “clones”!
Beware of counterfeits and inferior quality - If you find similar products for sale or listed by someone else - they are probably copies! Today’s online shopping world is filled with cheap “clones” and “knock-offs”. Be sure you are purchasing genuine MarbleheadMementos.com premium quality products - Don’t be fooled by cheap imitations.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You should receive your order in approximately 2 weeks.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Because our products are individually made to order - one at a time - it takes a little longer. We hope you understand that we are not able to offer expedited shipping options. You can generally expect your products to arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks. We are confident that you will be pleased and happy with your purchase, and that you will find our unique products worth waiting for.
I live locally, can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer local pick-up or delivery art this time. While all of our products are designed by us in Marblehead, we use various manufacturing facilities across the USA to custom print each item. As soon as your items are printed, they will be shipped directly to you.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently, we ship only to USA locations. We hope to expand this in the future.

Care Instructions for Mugs:
Our mugs are made of the highest quality ceramic. They are DISHWASHER & MICROWAVE SAFE, and will not fade. They are chip resistant, with a glossy finish, and are safe for hot and cold food and drinks. Wash and re-wash - Never worry about fading!
Care Instructions for Poly Canvas Tote Bags, Duffel Bags, Weekender Bags, etc:
Our Tote Bags and Weekender Bags should be spot cleaned or Dry Cleaned only. Machine washing is NOT RECOMMENDED.
Our Duffel Bags can be machine washed COLD, delicate cycle. Dry with LOW heat. Do not iron or Dry Clean.
No! Our mugs will never fade!
We use only premium quality products and printing processes. We are aware of other brands that fade after a few washes. This is because they probably use lower quality base products and/or a cheaper printing process

The 7" x 5" Folded Note Cards are 7" high x 5" wide when folded and open from right to left.
The 5" x 7" Folded Note Cards are 5" high x 7" wide when folded and open from bottom to top.
